Chardonnay: Citrus, stone fruit, tropical, nutty right through to buttery, creamy & oaky

Chardonnay Pinot Noir Sparkling: Bready, toast, ripe pear, apple, nutty, creamy, vanilla

Fume Blanc: Sauvignon Blanc aged in oak. Melon, flint, smoke, ripe pear, citrus

Pinot Grigio: Green apple, lemons and lime, floral, crisp, clean flavours

Pinot Gris: Grapefruit, ripe pear, lemon rind, textural

Prosecco: White nectarine, pear, apple, crisp

Riesling:  Lemon, lime, apple, pear, white flowers, flinty, steely

Rosé:  Rose petals, turkish delight, redcurrant, vanilla, raspberry, citrus

Sauvignon Blanc:  Gooseberry, asparagus, citrus, melon, grassy

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc:  Grassy, lemon, gooseberry, turmeric, melon, asparagus

Vermentino:  Lemon and lime, green apple, nuts



Blaufränkisch:  Plum, savoury, raspberry, earth, spice

Cabernet Sauvignon:  Blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, olive, cigar box, cassis, aniseed

Pinot Noir:  Earthiness, mushrooms, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, forest floor, truffle, violet, rose petal, mealy

Sangiovese:  Blueberry, plum, violet, clove, sour cherry, tar, roses

Sagrantino:  Ink, blackfruits, tannin, cinnamon, earth, tar

Shiraz:  Licorice, blackcurrant, aniseed, black pepper, oak, clove, blood plum, earth, herbs
