If your order is not what you expected or you are not 100% satisfied please email
email@example.com and explain the reason for your requested return. We’re here to
help and will do what we can to satisfy your request.
Please enter your details carefully as once you have confirmed your order, the sale is final.
If you make an error please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do all we can to help.
Any orders returned due to an incorrect address will be charged a $20 re-send fee.
If your stock arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo and email the details and photo to
email@example.com and a replacement (pro-rata) will be arranged.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled
to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure.
